Job Duties : 

• Answer phone calls and process client orders, entering them into our database.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate product information and assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the database with relevant information.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Schedule :  

• 1st Shift  
• Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Overtime based on production needs)  

Pay : 

• $18/hr

Requirements : 

• At least 1 year experience in customer service or related field. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.  
• Technical computer skills. (word, excel, outlook, etc.) 
• Adaptability to new processes, programs, and products.
