Job Details Job Title: Warehouse Manager Schedule: Full-Time | Typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (up to 7:00 PM as needed) Alternate schedule every other week starting at 6:30 AM for inbound trucks Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead operations for a wholesale distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and staff management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep experience in warehouse operations, highly proficient in WMS systems, and capable of driving efficiency, organization, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain organized warehouse systems Manage, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and drivers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space and efficiency Enforce OSHA regulations, safety standards, and hazardous material protocols Maintain warehouse security procedures and compliance standards Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business operations Qualifications 3–4+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager Experience working in a wholesale distribution environment required Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and operations Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Valid forklift certification/license Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership skills Ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization Ability to provide clear and effective verbal and written feedback Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Experience improving warehouse layout, processes, and operational efficiency Why Join Us?
