Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: 1st

Description: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office or department.
• Perform general clerical duties, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external parties.
• Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate contacts.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in commonly used office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
