We specialize in providing proven retirement solutions to a dedicated client base, utilizing a system that eliminates cold calling and prospecting entirely . About the Role We're looking for licensed Life Insurance Agents eager to leave traditional life insurance to provide retirement accounts to clients that actually want to talk to you . Full training, 100% remote, top-tier compensation, and you only need your life license. Responsibilities Conduct virtual retirement consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind) Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement solutions. Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment. Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships. Qualifications Life insurance license. Strong interest in sales and finance. Excellent communication and people skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
