Sales & Service Consultant | Columbus, Ohio
W2 Full-Time Position | $90K-$150K/year (based on performance)

At Precision Garage Doors,  the Sales & Service Consultant combines customer-focused sales with skilled mechanical expertise. You'll meet homeowners who already need garage door service, build trust by assessing their needs, recommend the best solution, complete the sale, and then personally perform the repair or installation. 

We are offering a $3,000 Sign on Bonus for industry experienced professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet Homeowners on scheduled service calls. ( No door-to-door, No cold calling, these are service calls that the customer requested!). Our technicians close 90%+ of opportunities  presenting clear options to our customers.
• Diagnose issues and recommend effective repair solutions options clearly to build trust with customers.
• Perform immediate requested repairs (Replace & Install springs, rollers, motors, etc.)
• Deliver friendly customer service 
• Document and collect payments for each job.

Expected Schedule : We offer a 5-day or a 4 Day work schedule. We operate seven days a week to support customer demand. Weekend days are required.

What We're Looking For

• Sales Consultant : This is a sales position! Ability to communicate and explain necessary repair recommendations is a must!
• Trusted Advisors : We care about our customers! We seek to build trust for referral and repeat business. 
• Field Technicians : Ability to bend, lift, climb and ability to move heavy equipment in various working conditions. 

What We Require !

• A positive and strong work ethic!

• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years. We conduct Motor Vehicle Report background checks for the last 3-5 years on your driving record
