Labor & Employment Associate

A leading management-side labor and employment law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated employment litigation practice while working with a collaborative and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, with Labor & Employment law experience strongly preferred. Candidates should be capable of independently managing employment disputes and effectively partnering with clients on workplace-related legal matters. Responsibilities Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace-related claims. Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery; taking and defending depositions; and preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Develop litigation strategy, assess risk, and provide practical legal counsel to employer clients on employment-related issues. Maintain direct client contact and deliver responsive, high-quality client service throughout the lifecycle of a matter. Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to effectively manage cases and achieve favorable outcomes. Leverage legal technology and emerging AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, enhance work product, and support client objectives. Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
