Supervise payroll staff and approve payroll processing activities. Partner with Human Resources on employee payroll and benefits-related matters. Qualifications for the Payroll Operations Manager: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5+ years of payroll management experience. 5+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience. Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance. Knowledge of payroll tax reporting, compliance, and reconciliations.
