New Grad RN Resident - Telemetry Unit

About This Role The New Grad RN Resident in the Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital provides exceptional patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical-surgical diagnoses. This role is ideal for new graduates seeking to enhance their nursing skills in a supportive environment. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Euclid, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital Department/Unit: Telemetry Unit Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently. Document in patients’ medical records. Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Experience New grad or less than one year of RN work experience Less than one year of current acute direct patient care RN experience if moving from non-inpatient to acute care Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Benefits Professional growth through a one-year, accredited Nurse Residency program RN Loan Repayment program to assist with student debt Tuition Reimbursement program Relocation assistance for eligible candidates Benefits Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being resources About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
