For additional information, visit us at Description:-5-8+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.- Strong experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects. Automotive Cloud experience preferred.- Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource management, governance, deployment, and hypercare support.- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define project roadmap and implementation strategy.- Lead Agile delivery teams and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.- Track project health, risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely mitigation and escalation management.- Ensure delivery excellence through quality governance, testing oversight, release management, and production readiness reviews.- Manage cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and third-party vendors.- Experience working with Salesforce integrations, data migration, environment strategy, and DevOps processes.- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Security Model, Integration Patterns, and Solution Architecture.- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, etc.- Strong client-facing communication, executive stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Mandatory Skills: Salesforce App Building. Experience: 5-8 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
