Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects within our teams and with clients.Designs and implements business technology solutions for Nonprofit and Higher Education customers, focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com Having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM.
