DutiesHelpDevelops and controls the internal processing and review procedures as well as a system for identifying new areas in which delegation of administrative authorities is necessary.Provides CMMI managers with technical and analytical assistance in developing recruitment strategies and analyzing positions to be filled.Prepares necessary briefing materials for senior management that reflect the recruitment activities and new program developments.
