We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Program Manager, AI Selling Tools within Apple's Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations organization. This Program Manager will play a key role in creating and scaling groundbreaking tools for both partner and Apple staff to use in order to elevate the sales conversation with their customers. The scope of work requires the ability to adapt from program strategy, to development, to operations, to experience design, to geo readiness. Description Support business and operational delivery, including program deployment, program health, communication, field user documentation, production support, program reporting for Apple WW and Geo teams and XF teams Execute the plan of record, driving forward the deployment strategy in collaboration with regions across the world Find ways to promote your program & processes to the target audience(s), partners, and regional teams Contribute to test and try efforts to be forward looking and drive continuous improvement Lead analysis of key strategic projects, track performance for these new expansion opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data Oversee team operational budget Communicate openly and be influential, interfacing seamlessly with senior leadership in WW and in geo. Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience leading projects related to retail staffing, training, engagement, or advocacy programs; 5+ years of experience working in a geo highly preferred Experience designing and bringing programs to market from strategic thinking to sell-in to execution Attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills; outstanding interpersonal skills with experience presenting across teams Mastery in stakeholder engagement and communications across leadership and partner teams Experience in planning and executing projects simultaneously and independently in a fast paced environment; identify critical business issues and design resolutions to meet the needs of stakeholders and customers Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust Preferred Qualifications Results-driven and obsessive about managing experience, process, and details without compromising speed, results, or scale Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Superb analytical skills and proven problem-solving skills At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178,800 and $268,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
