Accounting Clerk - Now Hiring

Your responsibilities:

- Data entry: accurately input financial transactions, journal entries, and expense reports into the client's accounting system.
- Filing and organization: organize and maintain paper and electronic financial records, ensuring all documents are correctly filed by date and account.
- Invoice processing: assist with the initial sorting and coding of incoming vendor invoices and outgoing customer bills.
- Support: retrieve and copy historical records as requested by senior accounting staff or auditors.
- Professionalism: maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
