We cater to a diverse range of clients, including corporate and church environments, providing tailored solutions, component parts, and wood mouldings. We are currently seeking a meticulous and organised Data Entry professional to join our team on a full-time basis at our Illinois City, Illinois location. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining company data, playing a vital role in the efficiency of our operations. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 – $55 USD. Responsibilities Accurately enter a high volume of data from various sources, such as client orders, supplier invoices, and production records, into our company database. Review and verify data for errors or omissions, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure data integrity. Maintain and update existing records on a regular basis. Generate reports and retrieve data for various departments as required. Organise and file documents to maintain a clear and accessible record-keeping system. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Qualifications Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role. Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Fast and accurate typing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
