Commercial Operations Coordinator

Supporting the North America Commercial organization in a hybrid role, the full-time Coordinator, Commercial Operations & Analytics will manage operational processes, provide reporting and analytics support, and facilitate commercial communications and enablement activities. Key responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end commercial sample process, including order fulfillment and efficiency analysis Develop and deliver commercial enablement tools and resources, such as product catalogs and sales-support materials Maintain and distribute a recurring North America Commercial newsletter to promote communication and alignment across teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or business analytics preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; Power BI experience preferred Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decision-making Highly collaborative team player with a proactive approach to process improvement
