This role involves supervising crews, managing schedules and materials, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in roofing or exterior home improvement, and a commitment to maintaining high productivity, quality, and safety standards across all job sites.**Responsibilities*** Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity* Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs* Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management and ensure timely delivery of materials* Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards* Schedule and manage construction jobs## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Proven experience in production management or a related field* Familiarity with supply chain management and operations management concepts* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions* Mechanical knowledge and understanding of production equipment and processes* Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and motivate employees* Valid NYS Drivers license with clean driving record required.
