Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 or more per year of total compensation.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of sales and service professionals while driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the Santa Rosa market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales-driven team to achieve and exceed performance goals
• Drive double-digit revenue growth through strategic sales execution and market expansion
• Deliver our promise of High-Quality Service (HQS) by building strong partnerships with customers
• Monitor sales performance, key metrics, and market opportunities to maximize results
• Partner with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accountability for sales results, growth initiatives, and key performance indicators
• Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

We’re seeking a motivated leader who combines strong sales instincts with the ability to inspire and develop others.

Qualifications include:

• Leadership experience in B2B or outside sales environments (service or distribution industry preferred)
• Proven success achieving year-over-year sales growth
• Experience managing sales performance and driving aggressive growth targets
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Valid driver’s license (role includes travel within the territory)
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
