Sam's Club #6252 196 Thf Blvd, Chesterfield, MO 63005-1141 Responsibilities Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with Company policies; handle returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages. Provide member service in exit areas: review member receipts, acknowledge members, identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise. Maintain self‑checkout area: resolve member issues, promote Sam's Club products and services, provide guidance on self‑service technology, process purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per Company policies for various memberships and payment types. Secure and safeguard Sam's Club assets: observe and communicate potential criminal activity, maintain paperwork logs, execute emergency response procedures, and ensure compliance with security and safety practices. Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates on Company processes, new technology, tool functionality, program rollout, and continuous improvement opportunities. Comply with Company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; implement action plans via the Open Door Policy and apply them to business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change and learn from feedback. Minimum Qualifications Retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register). Experience working with mobile retail applications. Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
