As a Junior Marketing Assistant (Events), you'll become part of our growing events division, helping deliver engaging face-to-face campaigns for nationally recognised nonprofit organisations. Working at retail venues, pop-up events, and community promotions, you'll play an important role in raising awareness, inspiring support, and creating memorable customer experiences.

No previous marketing experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop from day one.

A Typical Day Could Include...

• Setting up and supporting live promotional events

• Speaking with members of the public about our nonprofit partners

• Explaining campaigns in a friendly, engaging, and professional way

• Building positive relationships with potential supporters

• Assisting with event marketing activities and customer engagement

• Working alongside an energetic team to achieve campaign goals

• Learning new marketing and communication techniques through daily coaching

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, fundraising, sales, promotions, events, or hospitality is welcomed but certainly not required.

What You'll Gain

Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Average earnings of $750–$1,100 per week OTE, with additional bonuses and incentives available for top performers.
