The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Browse our Marketing team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.Job Description:Build business understanding internally within the marketing function (with CRM/NUI/OM team)and be the data lead to assist them in data pulls for their analysis/reportingAssist in growing Shopee PH user base by liaising with internal marketing functions and withexternal departments and stakeholders, both locally and on a regional levelBe a liaison between marketing and Business Intelligence R&A PICs to ensure proper alignmenton the requestsDevelop ad hoc analyses or reports/dashboards and communicate insights to marketing teamInvestigation and fixing of misaligned data and reportsData migrationCapture high-level and detailed requirements through stakeholder meetingsCreate intermediate tables as Single Source of Truth for sub teamDevelop new and update existing reports.Drive the standardization of data metrics by leveraging data- and business process knowledgeDetermine opportunities for automation using different technologiesLearn and develop new processes to improve reporting tools and systemsDocument data and report changes for future-proofingUpskills to improve resource managementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science,Information Technology, Engineering or related quantitative fieldWith a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in data analysis and/or strategyAdvanced Microsoft Excel, Google spreadsheet and basic SQL skillsExcellent communication skillsCreative and innovative approach in problem solvingPassionate towards learning about the e-commerce industryAmenable to work in Podium West Tower, PasigFlexible to work long hours on occasion #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
