The Facility Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations of facility management within a medium-sized team. This position oversees inventory control, record keeping, and issue resolution while managing personnel tasks such as new hire screening. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling cash management along with basic accounting procedures. This role involves no travel and supports a team of 6 to 15 people.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations and maintenance
• Control inventory and maintain accurate records
• Resolve facility-related issues promptly
• Oversee personnel management and coordinate new hire screening
• Handle cash management and apply basic accounting procedures
• Maintain organized record-keeping systems
• Attend monthly board meetings, training sessions, zoom and or in person meetings
• Other duties as required
• Prepare monthly reports and yearly audits
• Abilty to work well with people
• Abilty to read, write and communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in facility coordination
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
