Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Skilled Nursing Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care Location: Rhinelander, WI Shift: 5x8s – Night Shift (NOC) Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks Pay Range: $1,959.32 – $2,305.08 per week Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a highly respected, family-owned facility in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. This role involves providing high-quality care across short-term rehab and long-term care units. Manage patient care including wound care, stoma care, Wound Vacs, PEG/G/J-tubes, Foley catheters, IV pumps, and tube feed pumps. Administer IV fluids and antibiotics, start IVs, and draw labs. Perform basic tracheostomy care (no ventilator care required). Maintain safe patient ratios (typically 15:1 to 18–20:1 for Short-Term Stay/Rehab; ~25:1 for LTC/SNF). Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a LTC, SNF, LTAC, or Rehab setting. Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification required. IV certification preferred. Licensure: Active RN license in good standing (no actions or hits against license). Flexibility: Must be willing to float across all units within the facility.
