Position Title: Production Supervisor Location: Bartlett, IL 60103 Hire Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Retirement, Life Insurance, and many more Overview We are seeking a dynamic, "working leader" to oversee a specialized production team in Geneva. As the Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of 4–5 skilled individuals, ensuring high-quality output while remaining active on the shop floor. You will be responsible for keeping the workflow steady, cross‑training staff, and maintaining equipment. Key Responsibilities Supervise, motivate, and mentor a small production crew; manage daily schedules to ensure all stations are covered. Work alongside the team to process metal coils into finished covers for the agricultural, mining, and wastewater industries. Oversee the end‑to‑end manufacturing process, ensuring quality control and timely delivery. Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime. Act as the primary bridge between the shop floor and management, providing input on process improvements. Qualifications Deep experience in sheet metal manufacturing is mandatory. Proven track record as a Lead, Foreman, or Supervisor who has successfully trained and developed staff. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude for machinery maintenance. Experience in welding aluminum is considered a plus.
