What You’ll Do As a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG’s Insurance Practice Area, you will deliver against the client and commercial priorities for the non-life insurance sector business. You will grow and deploy a team of sector/topic experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives. You will drive the IP/content agenda, with support from the team, and lead execution of IP projects. You will be responsible for the team’s performance. Additionally, as a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage, you will engage with case teams & clients based on your individual expertise and demonstrate differentiated impact and value-add to BCG clients and case teams. YOU’RE GOOD AT

Leading problem solving and solutioning for clients and driving towards pragmatic solutions tailored to the business context Leading development and commercialization of knowledge and assets e.g. tools, sector/topic materials, in US P&C, commercial insurance and reinsurance. Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expert presence and credibility Leading projects in a highly effective manner, mobilizing team to deliver on business priorities and commercial impact Acting as a highly effective coach and mentor, guiding team members to achieve goals efficiently and effectively Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment What You’ll Bring 5+ years consulting experience in P&C, commercial insurance or reinsurance required; candidates with consulting experience preferred In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience required; 10-12+ years of industry experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred) Deep expertise and experience in P&C, commercial insurance or reinsurance Fluency in English Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and their practical applications, or a strong willingness to develop expertise in this area Who You’ll Work With As a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role begins at $152,300.00 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to $156,700.00 in our highest cost US region. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness. In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 25% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
