Outside Sales Rep – Roofing Sales | 1099, Commission-Only | Entry-Level Welcome

The Challenge:

You'll be knocking doors, talking to strangers, and learning to spot storm damage most people would walk right past. You'll educate homeowners, guide them through the claims process, coordinate with public adjusters, and close the contract when it's approved. Nobody's going to make you do this. You have to want it enough to do it on the days it's hard.

No roofing experience? No sales background? Good.  

We'd rather train someone hungry than un-train someone who thinks they already know it all. If you can hold a conversation, follow a process, and show up consistently, we'll teach you the rest.
