Korean Speaking Medical Assistant/Receptionist
My client is a multi-specialty, multi-location group seeking to fill a Medical Assistant/receptionist position in our Englewood Cliffs office. This is a day position with the possibility of a part time or full time schedule.
Schedule:
Monday 8:30 am- 5 pm
Tuesday 8:30 am - 5 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am - 5 pm
Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm With part-time availability
What we are looking for in a candidate:
-Positive attitude and upbeat personality
-Self motivated and detailed oriented
-Punctual, reliable and a strong team player
-Korean speaking - ability to communicate in Korean to better understand provide the needs of our patients.
Job responsibilities:
In this position, candidates will be expected to:
Room patients ahead of appointments
Vitals
Clean and sanitize exam rooms
Assist in notifying patients of test results
Sort faxes
Medical chart filing
