Job Summary Join a premier builder renowned for mastering projects virtually to ensure flawless execution before the first brick is set. As a VDC Manager, you will lead the strategic bridge between innovative design and field execution, ensuring technical excellence and safety while shaping landmark projects through digital construction. Location Little Rock, Arkansas Employment Type Permanent Salary $115,000 - $135,000 per year Hours 8 am to 5 pm Education High School Responsibilities Design using Revit or Navisworks and implement the digital roadmap from preconstruction through project completion, ensuring VDC tools are utilized to meet performance metrics and safety standards. Establish precise 3D coordinate systems and merge complex models from various design and engineering partners into a single unified model that serves as the source of truth. Lead high-stakes coordination sessions to identify and resolve spatial conflicts virtually, focusing on MEP integration to prevent costly field rework. Link 3D models to project timelines to generate 4D simulations and 3D site logistics plans, enabling teams to visualize construction phasing and identify scheduling bottlenecks early. Bridge the gap between digital design and the jobsite by managing laser scan point cloud integrations for as‑built accuracy and providing technical training to project personnel to meet model-based goals on site. Work up to 5 hours of overtime per week. Qualifications Manager-level experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. High School diploma or equivalent.
