Job Description

Role: Functional Recruiter (Banking/Financial)

Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: 6months (Possible extension/Conversion)

\n

Pay: $30-$33hr

\n

\n

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or staffing agency environment.

\n

Manage end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.

\n

Partner with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines.

\n

Handle high-volume/deadline-driven hiring and multiple priorities.

\n

Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, organization, and relationship-building skills.

\n

Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

\n

Ensure ATS accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and employment law adherence.

\n

Preferred: Financial services, staffing agency, and high-volume recruiting experience.
