Location: Tempe, AZ
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $40/hr W2
Openings: 5
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Work Schedule: Full-time, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Job Description

As a Contractor Recruiter within Firmwide Operations, you will play a key role in helping hiring managers attract, source, and recruit top talent, both internally and externally. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting, end-to-end talent acquisition, proactive candidate pipelining, and delivering quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Guide hiring managers on recruitment processes, controls, policies, and best practices.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through multiple channels while ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Screen and interview candidates, present qualified talent to hiring managers, gather feedback, and refine recruiting strategies.
• Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions to streamline recruiting activities.
• Participate in client meetings, understand evolving business needs, and manage hiring manager and candidate expectations.
• Promote the organization’s career opportunities, benefits, compensation philosophy, and growth potential to candidates.
• Conduct compensation discussions with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate offer acceptance.
• Support diversity hiring goals by presenting diverse and qualified candidate slates.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and ensure data integrity and compliance with recruiting controls.
• Handle confidential and sensitive candidate information appropriately while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced corporate environment or staffing agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Understanding of employment laws, regulations, recruiting policies, and compliance controls.
• Strong multitasking, project management, presentation, and business communication skills.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent time management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience within the financial services industry or a staffing agency.
• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Experience supporting deadline-driven hiring initiatives.
