As a Land Surveyor – Survey Technician, your primary responsibilities include: executing boundary, easement, deed and title review, performing boundary surveys independently or mentored, performing all aspects of construction staking across multiple industries, and producing 3D models and road corridors. Professional Land Surveying License in the State of Washington High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent 5+ Years of relevant experience is preferred Proficient in operating Trimble survey equipment Ability to read and comprehend engineering plans and construction documents, correspondence, and memos Valid driver’s license with a driving record that is approved by our insurance provider This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
