Reporting Analyst

Data AnalystDevelop, maintain, and automate operational and executive-level reports and dashboards. Gather reporting requirements by working closely with business stakeholders. Analyze data trends and present actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data quality and reporting processes. Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. Performs data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting. Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required. Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software. Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Splunk. Someone with strong technical reporting skills and the ability to contribute to strategic roadmap development.
