Steel Fabricator
Trillium Construction is seeking a Steel Fabricator near Jackson, WI for a temp to hire position.
Key Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Proficient in MIG and welding in multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical). D1.1
- Reads and interprets full fabrication drawings, bills of material, and weld symbols independently.
- Skilled in layout, fit-up, and assembly of structural steel components to established tolerances.
- Familiar with common steel types, grades, and material certifications.
- Competent with plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, and press brake operation.
- Produces consistent weld quality with minimal rework or rejects; understands distortion and heat management.
Pay: Up to $33 Schedule: Mon - Fri, Up to 50h / week - Will either work 5a to 3:30p (5 10h shifts) or 5a - 1:30p (5 8h shifts). Will need to be open to both.
