Job Summary:

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and manage pain. Deliver personalized therapy plans under the supervision of healthcare providers to promote recovery and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop customized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to meet goals.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to maintain improvements.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the relevant state.
  
  
• 
  Have a degree from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred).
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills and experience in outpatient therapy.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
