Chick-fil-A of Seneca Job OpportunityAt Chick-fil-A of Seneca our mission is to serve craveable food fast, show genuine care, and create memorable moments.This is a high-impact, dual-role position responsible for both administrative excellence and growing our catering business.You will be the point person for each guest's catering experience, from first contact to final follow-up.This role is not a desk-only position. It requires someone who is energized by a fast-paced environment, comfortable being on their feet, and motivated to improve systems, increase efficiency and drive results and growth.Administrative assistant responsibilities include:Maintain organization, structure, and administrative excellence for the leadership teamManage office operations including phones, emails, packages, etc.Daily time punch accuracyDeposits and change fundsSupport team culture by assisting in coordinating employee recognition, birthdays, and milestonesEnsure a clean, organized, and highly functional office environmentSupport leadership with tracking systems (logs, journals, accountability tools)Follow up on guest care opportunities (recovery, notes, documentation)Catering coordinator responsibilities include:Own the end-to-end catering experienceTaking orders (phone, in-person, online)Creating quotes and coordinating detailsCommunicating clearly with kitchen leadersPreparing, assembling, and delivering orders as neededEnsuring accuracy, presentation, and timelinessCreate memorable guest experiences through proactive communication and follow-upProblem-solving and recovery when neededMaintain detailed records of orders, guests, and invoicesFollow up on unpaid invoices and ensure timely paymentsMonitor sales performance and identify growth opportunitiesInventory tracking (supplies, bags, equipment)Catering vehicle documentation and complianceSet goals and strategies for catering growthImprove systems, efficiency, and throughputSupport special events including Clemson home game tailgatesWork environment and expectations include:Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday (8am–4pm) with flexibility required.
