We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our innovative marketing team. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
• Manage content creation for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other digital assets using content management systems such as WordPress.
• Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite applications like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform strategy adjustments.
• Coordinate with external agencies for Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords campaigns, and other paid media efforts. Assist in maintaining website updates, HTML/CSS edits, and troubleshooting technical issues on digital platforms.
• Contribute to marketing automation initiatives by managing email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation efforts.
• Participate in market research activities including competitor analysis and keyword research to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain and update company website

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience or internship in digital marketing or related roles is advantageous. Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), and SEM strategies. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and email marketing software is desirable.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles including conversion optimization and analytics interpretation.
• Technical skills including JavaScript or SQL are beneficial but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
