Registered Nurse (Pediatrics)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a highly specialized pediatric surgical practice focused on advanced urologic care. This role is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. The RN will work closely with physicians, interdisciplinary clinical teams, pediatric patients, and families to ensure safe, high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences. Responsibilities Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care for pediatric surgical patients Conduct patient assessments and document care accurately in EMR systems Assist with clinic flow and surgical coordination Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and follow-up care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Monitor patient status and escalat clinical concerns as appropriate Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a high-touch specialty environment Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience EMR experience required Required Skills Strong bedside manner and communication skills Comfortable working with pediatric patients Preferred Skills Urology or surgical specialty experience Hospital, ICU, or wound care background Experience in fast-paced clinical environments Pay range and compensation package $45.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience) Equal Opportunity Statement Opportunity to work in a nationally and internationally recognized specialty practice.
