Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Wausau, WI
Shift Type: Nights 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Candidate Pay Rate: $85 - $63.75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor patients experiencing behavioral health crises
- Utilize trauma-informed care principles
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
- Support patient safety and therapeutic interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document patient care accurately within Cerner
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Float to adult behavioral health services when needed
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RN experience
- Current BLS Certification
- CPI Certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days of start date
