Responsibilities As a Shift Manager, take orders, provide excellent customer service, make food and smoothies, prep food with accurate measuring and weighing, stock the café, and clean up; train new team members and delegate and run scheduled shifts. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor toward customers and colleagues at all times. Prepare food for front-of-house stations and ensure all orders (food and smoothies) are prepared according to recipes or customer requests; all orders are made fresh. Take accurate customer orders, handle money transactions, and perform banking as assigned. Restock supplies and maintain an efficient flow of service. Maintain the café in clean, functional condition. Train team members on essential duties of the job and supervise shifts, delegating tasks to keep the shift productive and efficient. Possess and demonstrate a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Qualifications Reliable transportation to and from work. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisor or management position. Ability to lead and direct a team. Ability to provide hospitality to customers. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
