Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Allstate Sales Producer who is motivated, reliable, and ready to work hard as part of a team. You'll spend a lot of time on the phone, so outbound dialing stamina is important. You need to be able to have one conversation after another while keeping your energy and attitude strong.
