Real Estate Paralegal

Prominent mid-sized Montgomery County law firm is is seeking a seasoned real estate and corporate paralegal. The successful candidate should have experience in both real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing transactions, and is responsible for review andresolution of title and survey issues, entity formations, preparation and organization of documents necessary for the closing of transactions, and generalized corporate. The most critical function of this position is review and resolution of title and survey issues.
