Competitive Pay & Benefits: Total Hourly Rate Potential: $61.45/hour (Includes $56.36/hour base pay + $5.09/hour H&W stipend). Flexibility: If you do not require company health insurance, the $5.09/hour stipend is paid directly to you as cash wages (up to 40 hours per week). What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a variety of acute and specialty units. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for Veterans with diverse needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate changes in patient condition. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. What We’re Looking For Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state or territory) 1+ year of recent, independent critical care experience Current BLS & ACLS certifications Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Ability to float between units as needed Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and Veteran-centered care Perks & Details Location: Michael E.
