Travel (101 miles ), Radius (51-100 miles), Local (50 miles or less) OR RN: 12Hr Nights. Weekends and call, as must be flexible with schedule. Requirements Prior travel experience required Must have 2 years experience in unit Must have large trauma level 1 experience EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Must be able to both circulate and scrub- please have both skills checklists in packet Strong experience required: Gen OR; Skills required in ortho, URO, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, gen surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neuro, CVT, trauma Additional Information IVS to OFFER Monday to Sunday No block schedules for any reason Bi-weekly orientations on Monday Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
