Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $55+ per visit

Position Overview BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one‑to‑one home health care in Severn, Maryland. This full‑time, ongoing staff position is based in our Baltimore West Visits office and serves adult and geriatric clients on a per‑visit basis across Howard County. Responsibilities Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs. Conduct home visits to clients within designated geographic territories. Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered. Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Execute and document doctors’ orders promptly and accurately. Perform client assessments as necessary, including case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art TouchPad tablet. Qualifications Current Maryland Registered Nurse license. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience; home‑care experience preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required). Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases. Strong interpersonal and patient‑care skills. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Pay Base pay based on qualifications: $55.00–$62.00 per point.
