Generative Ai EngineerDetailed Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of engineers in the Generative AI space, ensuring high-quality deliverables.- Address and resolve complex software development challenges to create robust applications.- Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) from both well-defined and ambiguous requirements.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among engineers of all levels.- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership to align on project goals and outcomes.- Adapt and integrate quickly into the USAA environment, employing effective troubleshooting strategies.- Foster strong engagement with Executive Management Groups (EMGs) and leadership to support project success.Skill Requirements- Strong proficiency in Python programming.- Intermediate to advanced skills in data engineering and SQL.- Expertise in API development, particularly using FastAPI.- Advanced application development experience.- Proficient in software development with experience in Kafka and Snowflake.- Familiarity with job automation tools like Control-M and Airflow.
