Agricultural Warehouse Lead – Direct Hire Opportunity

$55,000–65,000/year DOE

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a reputable client partner seeking an experienced Agricultural Warehouse Lead to join their team in Tangent, OR. This is a direct hire leadership opportunity offering excellent benefits, PTO, retirement options, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee receiving, repacking, processing coordination, and shipping of seed and steck materials
• Ensure seed and steck quality is maintained throughout storage and warehouse processes
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, storage areas, and inventory accuracy
• Lead, organize, and supervise contract labor teams throughout the processing season
• Support staffing plans and assign daily workloads
• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities in a hands-on leadership role
• Utilize SAP and other company software systems to maintain records, reports, and warehouse projections
• Order and maintain warehouse consumable materials
• Support additional operational needs including seed production field maintenance and steck nursery planting
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Operate forklifts and travel/drive as needed for business purposes
• Maintain dependable attendance and assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Several years of warehouse supervision experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills required
• Forklift certification required
• Agricultural experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills preferred
• Experience with inventory systems, warehouse processes, and SAP software preferred
