RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Setting 15+ Life Insurance / Investment Appointments with Agent per Month
• Performing 10+ Customer Policy Reviews/Week
• Pivoting and selling 2+ Life Insurance Policies per Month
• Supporting Sales Team through outbound calling warm leads

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist, sales or customer service role (preferred, not required).
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Property & Casualty - General Lines License (required to start)
• Life & Health License (must be passed within 30 days of start date)

Salary $35,000 + (Based on Experience) 25% Commissions (Sales) + Bonuses (Up to $7,000/Annual)
