Skylo is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Marketing who uses AI as a core professional skill — not just a curiosity. You'll help fulfill Skylo's vision of cellular devices roaming seamlessly across satellites, ensuring no one is ever "out of coverage" again. This is a hands-on, high-output role where you will be expected to operate with the leverage of a much larger team by deeply integrating AI tools into every facet of your work — from content creation and market research to campaign execution and partner enablement.

How You Will Contribute

• Create high-quality content at scale — blogs, solution briefs, white papers, videos, and presentations — using AI writing and design tools to dramatically increase output velocity and quality

• Maintain and evolve a single, consistent Skylo Voice across all content and channels, using AI tools to audit and enforce brand consistency

• Manage the Skylo blog, website, and external communications, leveraging AI for content scheduling, SEO optimization, and performance analysis

• Run PR campaigns and manage external PR agencies, using AI to draft, review, and optimize press materials while maintaining strict budget adherence

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Develop a deep, continuously updated understanding of the global NTN/satellite connectivity market using AI-powered research and competitive intelligence tools

• Create market-specific execution plans for different regions and customer segments, informed by AI-generated insights and data synthesis

• Rapidly synthesize analyst reports, competitor activity, and customer signals into actionable briefs using AI tools

Partner & Customer Enablement

• Deliver partner enablement training, using AI to personalize content for different partner profiles and geographies

• Build scalable enablement frameworks and assets that partners can self-serve, with AI-assisted localization and customization

• Coordinate with global partners across time zones, using AI to streamline communication, summarization, and follow-through

Campaigns & Demand Generation

• Execute multi-channel campaigns to target, engage, and nurture prospects, using AI to personalize outreach, optimize messaging, and analyze performance in real time

• Oversee marketing events and strategy, using AI tools for logistics coordination, content preparation, and post-event analysis

Vendor & Operations Management

• Identify and manage external creative and marketing vendors on tight timelines, using AI to accelerate briefing, review, and feedback cycles

• Build efficient, AI-augmented workflows that reduce operational drag and increase the team's overall throughput

What We Look For

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in product marketing or closely related roles, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to drive productivity and outcomes

• You actively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Jasper, or equivalent) in your daily workflow and can demonstrate measurably higher output as a result

• Excellent writing and communication skills — you use AI to enhance your voice, not replace it; you know when to prompt, when to edit, and when to write from scratch

• Proven ability to create polished collateral, presentations, and high-level designs, with or without a dedicated design team, using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly)

• Experience managing external vendors and partners on fast-moving timelines in a startup environment

• Strong attention to detail and outcomes-orientation — focused on timelines, deliverables, and measurable impact

• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to adapt rapidly in a highly fluid environment

• Ability to understand and develop execution plans for global markets across multiple time zones

• Highly collaborative — you work well across engineering, sales, and executive teams

• Prior experience in a B2B tech, telecom, or deep-tech startup is strongly preferred

• Every role at Skylo uses AI tools daily to amplify output. We expect active habits using AI tools and a track record of folding new ones into your workflow quickly

The compensation ranges for this position is:

• San Francisco Bay Area: $160,000 – $175,000 base salary + equity

• Remote, U.S: $140,000 – $155,000 base salary + equity

These ranges reflects the low and high end of the range Skylo reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role.
