- Plan and lead engaging art activities for individuals and groups
- Adapt projects to meet residents' cognitive, physical, and emotional needs
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and social interaction
- Collaborate with the Life Enrichment and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming activity space
- Track participation and manage art supplies
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and families
- Background in art, fine arts, art therapy, or a related field (degree preferred)
- Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare or senior living environment is a plus
- Creative, organized, and compassionate approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
- Competitive pay at $28.21 per hour
