Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing healthcare for individuals and families from infancy through senior years.
• Oversee chronic conditions, preventive care, acute interventions, and mental health initiatives with a focus on patient-centered methodologies.
• Perform thorough physical exams, analyze diagnostic results, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Engage collaboratively with care coordinators, mental health professionals, and specialists to ensure integrated care.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts aimed at optimizing patient health outcomes and clinical effectiveness.
• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise and timely patient documentation.
• Provide both in-person and telehealth consultations to meet varied patient needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) a valid Texas medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
