HVAC Technician

Our client, an industrial and commercial facilities management organization, is seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting maintenance and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, reliability, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $25

What's the Job?

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building operations.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for repairs or modifications.
• Use established procedures to resolve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Follow detailed instructions to deliver quality work within scheduled timeframes.

What's Needed?

• HVAC maintenance experience with 2-3 years of relevant work history.
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school certification; experience may substitute education.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
